Infrastructure
The factory units are of the three different sizes, each building constructed on five floors plus a basement. The project is to be completed in two phases:
Phase - I

| b) | Unit Cat "B" Basement + 4 floors | = 80,400 sq. ft=1 |
| c) | Unit Cat "C" Basement + 4 floors | = 41,100 sq. ft=1 |
| d) | Administration Block ( including Training Centre, Testing Labs and misc. buildings) | = 30,960 sq. ft=1 |
Phase - II
| a) | Unit Cat "A" Basement + 5 floors | = 3 |
| b) | Unit Cat "B" Basement + 5 floors | = 3 |
| c) | Unit Cat "C" Basement + 5 floors | =1 |
The space of Manufacturing Units with internal and external development services
will be rented out to domestic and foreign Garment Manufacturers.
