TENDER NOTICE

 

Lahore Garment City Co is a project of Ministry of Textile Industry. The Company  is developing a Garment City at Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road Lahore.

 

Sealed tenders are invited from the contractors having experience of construction of industrial buildings. The work consist of following packages:

ED-1  External water distribution	2.10 Million
ED-2  External sewerage & rain water disposal	1.50 Million
ED-3  Asphalt road and aggregate base  course.	16.00 Million
ED-4  External Electrification works	1.30 Million
ED-5  Supply and installation of street light poles.	1.00 Million
ED-6  Supply and installation of fire fighting equipment and piping    work.	8.00 Million

 

 

The contractor may submit tender for any one or all the above packages.
Tenders should be accompanied by tender security equivalent to 2% of the bid.
Tender documents can be obtained during working hours from the office of undersigned against cash payment of Rs 500 for each package.
The tenders will be received at 11.00 AM on 25th August 2009 and will be opened at 12.00 Noon on the same day in presence of the bidders.
